Applicable to reservations made directly with Le Vieux Logis (telephone, website).
These Terms and Conditions apply to all room and table reservations made directly with the Hôtel-Restaurant Le Vieux Logis, located at 7 Rue des Arts, 32290 Aignan, France.
Any reservation implies the customer's full and unreserved acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
A reservation is considered final upon:
Le Vieux Logis reserves the right to refuse any reservation without having to justify the reasons.
Rates displayed on the website and communicated by telephone are quoted in euros, inclusive of all taxes (VAT included).
Rates may vary depending on the period, room type and booking method. The applicable price is the one in force at the time of booking confirmation.
The best rate is guaranteed when booking directly with the hotel, without any intermediary.
The tourist tax (taxe de séjour) is not included in the displayed rates and will be collected on-site in accordance with the rates in force in the commune of Aignan.
Payment can be made by:
A deposit equivalent to one night's stay may be required at the time of booking as a guarantee.
Free cancellation: any cancellation made more than 48 hours before the scheduled arrival date will incur no charge.
Late cancellation: any cancellation made less than 48 hours before the scheduled arrival date will result in the billing of one night's stay at the reserved rate.
No-show: in the event of non-arrival on the day of check-in without prior cancellation, the full cost of the reserved stay may be charged.
Special conditions: for certain periods (public holidays, local events, extended stays), specific cancellation conditions may apply. These are communicated at the time of booking and take precedence over these general provisions.
In the event of cancellation on the part of Le Vieux Logis, we undertake to inform the customer as soon as possible and to proceed with a full refund of any sums paid.
Any late check-out not agreed in advance may be subject to an additional charge. Please contact us if you require any adjustment to these times.
Pets are welcome for an additional charge of €10 per night.
Hotel liability
Le Vieux Logis is responsible for the proper performance of the accommodation service as booked. Its liability cannot be engaged in cases of force majeure, customer fault, or an unforeseeable and irresistible act of a third party.
Customer liability
The customer is responsible for any damage caused to the establishment, its furniture, or equipment. The cost of any repairs will be charged to the customer concerned.
Valuables
Le Vieux Logis accepts no liability for theft or deterioration of objects, cash, jewellery, or any valuables left in rooms. Customers are invited to use available safes where provided.
In accordance with Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to accommodation services provided on a specific date. The cancellation policy set out in Article 5 applies instead.
Restaurant reservations at Le Vieux Logis are accepted by telephone only: 05 62 09 23 55.
Tables are reserved for a set period. In the event of a delay of more than 15 minutes without prior notice, the table may be released.
Any table cancellation must be made at least 24 hours in advance.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by French law.
In the event of a dispute, the customer and Le Vieux Logis undertake to seek an amicable solution before taking legal action.
Failing an amicable agreement, any dispute relating to the interpretation or performance of these Terms and Conditions will be submitted to the competent courts in the jurisdiction of Le Vieux Logis's registered office.
